1. Use the web site to check availability and request transportation. You may book your rooms on-line or alternatively call us on 0845 270 3266 to discuss your group with one of our reservations team. Our office hours are 0900hrs – 1730hrs Monday to Friday. We are closed on Saturday and Sunday.
2. Once you have paid your deposit your rooms are held and there is nothing further to do until your final payment is due 56 days before travel. We require the full list of names in order for the system to calculate your invoice correctly. If you do not have all the names then you should contact our office in order for us to process your group off-line.
3. For holidays involving air travel or Eurostar you may be required to pay additional deposits to cover the costs of non-refundable fares.
4. If your numbers have decreased please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reduce the number of rooms that we are holding in the resort. If your numbers increase you must telephone us before agreeing to accept any additional bookings.
5. Once you have paid your final balance we issue your final travel documents which includes your unique reservation number to present when checking-in at your Disneyland ® Resort hotel.
6. Any bookings that are not fully paid will be released 56 days before arrival. As the resort is so popular it is extremely difficult to retrieve cancelled rooms, so please make your payment to us on time.
